She says she bases her approach to the care and feeding of men on Barbara Woodhouse’s famous dog training book, Training My Way. Bouncing around the stage, dressed in battle fatigues and sporting a riding crop, Dominatrix Shirley subjects men in the audience to a session of sadomasochism. Men are summoned from the audience to be whipped, forced to kiss her boots and perform oral sex on a dog biscuit.
The reviewer clearly isn’t amused but it sounds like some of the happier evenings around my house. (“My name is Richard and I am a bootaolic.”)
