Glenn Marcus’s conviction has been overturned and a new trial ordered.

The court of appeals for the Second Circuit found the law Marcus was convicted of breaking, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, wasn’t enacted until 2000, a year after he’d begun the affair.

While Glenn should have been completely aquitted, I am pleased he will have another trial. Perhaps this time thr truth of Glenns innocence will prevail over the lies of the prosecution and its sole witness. Word to the wise…I found on another site that an FBI prosecutor asked the webmaster at downonmyknees (who also owns this site I believe) for the email adresses of those of us who posted on Glenns case previously. Of course he could not say something at the time, nor can he say so now…but I surely can. Post with caution, people. Sincerely, Chain
