Violet Blue visits the folks at Behind Kink:

I know — it’s very meta-meta, writing about the making of the making of porn. But when director Brian James explained to me that Behind Kink’s mission is to reveal the behind-the-scenes of our hometown porn empire and demystify the business, cultural, personal and BD/SM/kinky worlds in the context of making porn, it got me all frothy, like the latte I’d skipped. James told me that the founder and owner of Kink.com, Peter Ackworth, “got tired of journalists coming in and documenting the company when he’d rather they show the world about themselves.”
