Kevin Anderson evidently tried to enforce an unsigned “slave contract” with his wife Kimberly O’Brien. Such silliness give those of us who enjoy consensual kink a bad name.
The contract was filed as an exhibit to a civil complaint filed in late-March by O’Brien, who claims that her estranged husband forced her into the slavery deal and later beat her for violating a separate demand that she remain naked at all times while in the couple’s home.

I thought it was a well written, clear, fair and safe contract. It’s great flaw was that it had no ending date. Without a clear ending point, a slave contract will almost always go bad. If that doesn’t lead to resentments, the contract will simply be ignored at some point. I bet if the time limit had been for a year, anything, really, that was a clear ending point, it never would have come up in court.
